ABOUT GICLEÉ PRINTS

The term "gicleé print" conotes an innovative printmaking technolgy. The images are generatd from high resolution digital scans and printed with archival inks onto various archival surfaces such as canvas, fine art and photo-based paper. These prints are high quality and posess the abiility to reproduce better color accuracy. Denise's prints are available on canvas and paper in small, limited editions. Denise hand paints over the gicleé prints on canvas and gives them several coats of varnish. They are each somewhat unique because the hand painting produces small variations from piece to piece. Editions on canvas are limited to 50 and on paper to 200 - some sizes vary from original pieces.
